Traders are people too, and they have responsibilities just like everyone else. They suffer from the same ailments society suffers from they are not exempt. Whatever your situation is own up to it. The good, bad, or ugly just create the ability to navigate through them.
If you can't... well then the markets will drive you crazy. Your state of mind can either help you find a rhythm that creates a winning strategy, or your state of mind chaotic in all its entirety will drip deeper into losing algorithms. There is no mercy. Specific algorithms are written to pick off those whose rhythm is distraught.
Brethren, I encourage each and everyone one of you to not take this lightly. Find a good pace, find a good cycle, find the rhythm that allows you to absorb and grow. Only then will it show, that you deserve a positive cash-flow. :)
