Esperando que se encuentren excelentemente genial, desde hace algunas semanas quería compartir con ustedes, lo grato que es servir de apoyo en todas las actividades de trabajo que emprende mi equipo de #HiveSucre, siempre es un placer estar allí ofreciendo mi granito de arena para que todo se desarrolle de la mejor manera posible. En esta oportunidad luego de que el equipo planificara una jornada de capacitación, al personal que labora en IMATUR, (Instituto Municipal Autónomo de Turismo). Se hizo saber al resto del equipo, quienes estarían dictando la respectiva inducción. Tal fue el caso, que nuestros amigos @omarcitorojas, @melor9, @marivic10 y mi persona, nos dirigimos a la institución para organizar el área de trabajo, mientras los participantes se fueran incorporando para el inicio de la actividad.

En esta primera oleada estuvieron presentes 14 personas los cuales son nuevos ingresos en nuestro ecosistema Hive, por lo que los ponentes dieron explicaciones bien claras y precisas de como elaborar su contenido de presentacion. Lo más importante, es que hubo mucha interaccion, las dudas que iban surgiendo se aclaraban de forma inmediata y luego de una primera parte muy amena y movida, se dió paso a un pequeño compartir con todos, dónde disfrutaron de un exquisito refrigerio y así continuar con la segunda parte de la capacitación a cargo de @marivic10. Cabe destacar que la primera y el final de la segunda, se dió de manos de @omarcitorojas; finalizando la jornadas con un excelente intercambio de preguntas y respuestas; de verdad que esta actividad estuvo super nutritiva y es claro que cada día avanzamos más dando a conocer nuestra blockchain para que los nuevos usuarios inicien con buen pie. Hoping that you are feeling great, since a few weeks ago I wanted to share with you, how nice it is to serve as support in all work activities undertaken by my team of #HiveSucre, it is always a pleasure to be there offering my grain of sand so that everything develops in the best possible way. In this opportunity after the team planned a training day, to the staff working in IMATUR, (Instituto Municipal Autónomo de Turismo). It was made known to the rest of the team, who would be dictating the respective induction. Such was the case, that our friends @omarcitorojas, @melor9, @marivic10 and myself, went to the institution to organize the work area, while the participants were being incorporated for the start of the activity.

In this first wave were present 14 people who are new entrants in our Hive ecosystem, so the speakers gave clear and precise explanations of how to develop their presentation content. The most important thing is that there was a lot of interaction, the doubts that arose were clarified immediately and after a very pleasant and lively first part, gave way to a small sharing with everyone, where they enjoyed a delicious snack and continue with the second part of the training by @marivic10. It is noteworthy that the first and the end of the second, was given by the hands of @omarcitorojas; ending the day with an excellent exchange of questions and answers; really this activity was super nutritious and it is clear that every day we move forward making our blockchain known so that new users start off on the right foot.
