As is customary every December 24th we usually meet at my sister's house to wait for Christmas Eve. I must confess that as time goes by this holiday is becoming less and less enjoyable for me, although this year I consider it to be the best in 5 years.
My mom came up with the brilliant idea of doing a gift exchange or secret friend that at first seemed very strange or boring to me, since there are only 5 of us, then I thought about it and when she said that the gift would have to be valued at no more than $1 I thought it was very funny, that we could compare it to just one dollar.
I think I could say that it was the Christmas Eve night that I enjoyed the most in many years.
Como es costumbre todos los 24 de diciembre nos reunimos en la casa de mi hermana por lo general para esperar la víspera de la navidad, debo confesar que en medida que pasa el tiempo esta festividad es cada vez de menos agrado para mi, aunque este año lo considero que fue el mejor desde hace 5 años.
A mi mamá se le ocurrió la genial idea de hacer un intercambio de regalos o amigo secreto que en un principio me pareció muy raro o aburrido, ya que nosotros solos somos 5, luego reflexione y cuando dijo que el regalo tendría que ser valorado en no mas $1 me pareció muy gracioso, que podríamos comparar con tan solo un dólar.
Creo que podría decir que fue la noche de víspera de Navidad que más disfrute en muchos años.
