In a comment on one of my previous posts was some good advice. 
I suggest to follow hundreds and to Upvote within that feed...
Everyone you UpVote you might follow and then just vote within that feed list of posts. Just a suggestion, but aim to have at least 500 follows and some followers will come back to return the compliment...
By hanging out within your feed people get to know you and your actions, it is called networking : )
I think this is a good advice, and think that we should vote in our feed, and if we vote multiple times for someone, not on our feed, give that person a follow.
