Saludos a todos los miembros de Hive y a mis queridos amigos y compañeros de la comunidad SWC ¿Cómo están? Espero todos se encuentren bien. Soy Milagro De la Rosa (@milagroscdlrr) y el día de hoy me alegra compartir con todos ustedes lo que fue la 7ma exhibición de la Street Workout Community, realizada este Sádabo 26 de Noviembre en el Estado Apure. Cabe mencionar que, esta fue la última exhibición del Ciclo de Exhibiciones Nacionales de la Comunidad. Desde mi punto de vista y experiencia, la hizo mucho más especial, ya que pudimos quedarnos todos juntos y compartir como la gran Comunidad que somos. La señora Cris @crisch23 nos abrió la puerta de su hogar para poder hacer posible esa estadía allá, a lo que estuvimos muy pero muy agradecidos con ella. Greetings to all the members of Hive and to my dear friends and colleagues of the SWC community. How are you? I hope everyone is well. I'm Milagro De la Rosa (@milagroscdlrr) and today I'm happy to share with all of you what was the 7th exhibition of the Street Workout Community, held this Saturday 26th of November in the State of Apure. It is worth mentioning that this was the last exhibition of the Community's National Exhibition Cycle. From my point of view and experience, it made it much more special, because we could stay all together and share as the great Community that we are. Mrs. Cris @crisch23 opened the door of her home to make this stay possible, to which we were very, very grateful to her. Without more to add for the moment, I share with you the complete video and photos of this exhibition.
Como el Estado Apure queda a unas 6hrs aproximadamente, debíamos estar en el punto de encuentro temprano a las 6am para llegar antes de la hora pautada en la que empezaría la Exhibición. Me encontré con los Atletas de Carabobo @jesusaguilarvz y @pimoswo junto con @nestorrdz-30, @raumijares y @yeral-diaz, a la espera de los otros atletas del Estado Aragua que nos acompañarían y, también esperábamos a nuestra Asesora Técnica, la señora @marlenyaragua para así dar inicio a nuestro viaje.
As Apure State is about 6hrs away, we had to be at the meeting point early at 6am to arrive before the scheduled time for the start of the Exhibition. I met the athletes from Carabobo @jesusaguilarvz and @pimoswo along with @nestorrdz-30, @raumijares and @yeral-diaz, waiting for the other athletes from Aragua State who would accompany us and we were also waiting for our Technical Advisor, Mrs. @marlenyaragua to start our trip.
Luego de unas horas de viaje, hicimos una corta parada en Calabozo para que todos fuéramos al baño, luego continuamos nuestro viaje hasta llegar al Estado Apure. Apesar del gran calor que hace allá, ese Estado me encanta, pues solía ir en mi niñez con mi mamá y hermana, también pude admirar nuevamente el Río que tenía tanto tiempo sin ver, y se los mostré en el vídeo y foto.
After a few hours of travelling, we made a short stop in Calabozo for all of us to go to the toilet, then we continued our journey until we reached the State of Apure. In spite of the great heat there, I love this state, because I used to go there in my childhood with my mum and sister, I was also able to admire again the river that I had not seen for so long, and I showed it to you in the video and photo.
LLEGADA AL GIMNASIO 12 DE FEBRERO
ARRIVAL AT THE 12 FEBRUARY GYM
Luego de otras horas de viaje, pudimos llegar al Gimnasio 12 de Febrero, en donde se llevaría a cabo la 7ma exhibición. Pude conocer personalmente a algunos atletas del Estado Apure que estaban presentes en ese momento. También la sra Marleny nos dio una pequeña charla, antes de dirigirnos a la casa de la sra Cristal para descansar, comer y alistarnos antes de la Exhibición que fue pautada a las 4 de la tarde. After another few hours of travelling, we arrived at the Gymnasium 12 de Febrero, where the 7th exhibition was to take place. I was able to meet personally some athletes from Apure State who were present at the time. Also Mrs. Marleny gave us a little talk, before we went to Mrs. Cristal's house to rest, eat and get ready before the exhibition which was scheduled at 4 pm.I leave you these photos that I took and others that @gaboarzola took for me, below:

El evento lo aperturó nuestro líder y CEO de Street Workout Community @manuelramos. Seguidamente, la señora Cristal @crisch23 le platicó al público acerca de Hive, y por último, nuestro amigo/compañero y presentador @raumijares platicó sobre el Proyecto de SWC dentro de la Blockchain Hive a todo el público, para así, dar a conocer más este hermoso deporte y se integren no sólo a la Comunidad de SWC, sino también a la Blockchain.
The event was opened by our leader and CEO of Street Workout Community @manuelramos. Then, Mrs. Cristal @crisch23 told the audience about Hive, and finally, our friend/colleague and presenter @raumijares talked about the SWC Project within the Hive Blockchain to all the audience, in order to raise awareness of this beautiful sport and integrate not only to the SWC Community, but also to the Blockchain.

CALISTHENICS EXHIBITION 🏋🏼♀️
Se dió inicio a las exhibiciones de Calistenia con mi persona. Realicé primeramente una serie de Pull up, fondos, y por último flexiones.
The Calisthenics exhibitions started with me. I first performed a series of Pull ups, then Dips and finally Push ups.
Luego, se dio inicio a las exhibiciones de Street Workout, empezando por mi por ser la única chica, luego participaron otros atletas del Estado Aragua (@joanfh-workout y @nestorrdz-330) y, en esta oportunidad, pudimos ver la participación de los chicos que ingresaron recientemente a la Comunidad. Como: @danielrivas741, @farfer-sw y @alexdro-sw, provenientes del Estado Apure.
Then, the Street Workout exhibitions began, starting with me being the only girl, then other athletes from Aragua State participated (@joanfh-workout and @nestorrdz-330) and, this time, we could see the participation of the kids who recently joined the Community. Like: @danielrivas741, @farfer-sw and @alexdro-sw, coming from Apure State.
Luego de las Exhibiciones de Calistenia y Street Workout, se finalizó el evento con 3 Versus amistosos entre Atletas de la Street Workout Community.
After the Calisthenics and Street Workout Exhibitions, the event ended with 3 friendly Versus matches between athletes from the Street Workout Community.

Decidimos hacer entrega de los Certificados a los Atletas y colaboradores el día Domingo 27 de Noviembre por la mañana, antes de nuestro regreso a la Ciudad de Maracay. Lo hicimos en el Parque donde los chicos del Estado Apure suelen entrenar, específicamente, en la Estatua de San Fernando. Nos tomamos nuestras respectivas fotos, y luego retornamos hacia nuestra ciudad.
We decided to hand over the Certificates to the athletes and collaborators on Sunday morning, November 27th, before our return to the city of Maracay. We did it in the park where the boys from the State of Apure usually train, specifically, at the statue of San Fernando. We took our respective photos, and then we returned to our city.
