Today I'll be sharing photos from a short training session I had at home yesterday after the park, but there was no electricity... with the help of a ring light, I was able to light up the room so I could record and take photos without it looking dark. 🙌🏻

I was a bit exhausted because I had been practising some new tricks in the park and the V-Sit at home wouldn't come out until after several attempts. Tomorrow I have an appointment with the physiotherapist to find out the extent of my injury, whether it's serious or minor.

El día de hoy les estaré compartiendo las fotos de un entrenamiento corto que tuve en casa ayer después del parque pero no había electricidad… con ayuda de un aro de luz pide hacer que la habitación se iluminara y así poder grabar y tomar fotos sin que se viera oscuro. 🙌🏻

Estaba un poco agotada porque estuve practicando algunos trucos nuevos en el parque y nos V-Sit en casa no me quería salir hasta después de varios intentos. Mañana tengo cita con el fisioterapeuta para poder saber el resultado de mi lesión, si es grave o leve.
