I don't know if it's just me, but sometimes I do things when I'm alone that I would probably deny if somebody asked me about them.

For example, have you ever been doing something in your room, then suddenly remembered an embarrassing moment from years ago and started talking to yourself? Sometimes I even make a face or shake my head like the person involved is standing in front of me.

And the person probably forgot the whole thing a long time ago. Meanwhile, my brain has decided to bring it back for another round. 馃槀

Another funny thing is how we behave when we know nobody is watching us.

You can be walking down the street with a serious face, looking like you have important things to do. But once you get home and close your door, the whole mood changes. You start singing along to a song, dancing for no reason, or doing something that would make you laugh if someone recorded it.

The funniest part is when you suddenly hear a sound outside your door. Immediately, you become a responsible adult again.

Some of us deserve awards for how quickly we can change our behaviour.

Then there is talking to yourself. I honestly think this deserves its own discussion.

Sometimes you need to think through something, so you start explaining it to yourself out loud. You ask a question and answer it yourself. You might even argue with yourself and win the argument.

At that point, who needs a debate partner? 馃槀

But seriously, I think most of us have little habits that we don't necessarily show other people. It doesn't mean there is anything wrong with us. We all have different ways of relaxing, thinking, and entertaining ourselves.

Social media has probably made this even more interesting because we see so much of people's lives online. Someone can post beautiful pictures, dress nicely, and look very serious in every video. You might never guess that they spend half their time at home singing the wrong lyrics to their favourite songs.

And honestly, I like that side of life.

Not everything has to be serious. Sometimes you just need to laugh at yourself and enjoy your own company without worrying about what anybody thinks.

I also wonder how many things we all have in common but never talk about because we assume other people don't do them.

Maybe the person sitting beside you on a bus has the same strange habit you think only you have. You might never know unless somebody brings it up.

Anyway, this has made me curious.

What's one funny thing you do when you're alone that you probably wouldn't do in front of other people?

It could be talking to yourself, dancing when your favourite song comes on, practising conversations in your head, or something even funnier.

Let's hear it. No judging here. 馃槀
