Health Nutrition
Do you know which is the most important factor that determines much of your health in the long term and can easily be addressed? As you can imagine, I obviously want to talk about nutrition.
Health must not depend on drugs. We are nowadays in a society that treats only symptomatic, limiting prevention to boat tips: "Eat 5 fruits and vegetables a day", "Eat less fat". What type of fat? Why ? Lipids are harmful? Since when ?
Most of these "tips" are really absurd, it results in a fabulous increase in obesity and all the procession of diseases that goes with (cardiovascular diseases, diabetes ...) with the idea of suggesting to sedentary to eat cereals with every meal.
Just eating certain things all your life has a huge impact on your future health.
More generally, good health is part of a quality lifestyle with a healthy diet and physical activity.
In this article I will show you the impact (positive as well as negative) that nutrition can have on your life!
The intestine is the gateway to the body
The proper functioning of the immune system depends largely on the intestine because it is in this that everything
starts.
I like to compare the body to a house: the intestine can be either an open window where only the air can pass, or a wide open door where everyone can enter. It all depends on what you are doing there.
In its normal state, the intestine is impervious and it lets only small molecules (mainly essential nutrients: amino acids, vitamins, minerals ...)
The problem is when it becomes permeable, porous, from there it no longer fulfills its role and any molecule (even undesirable) can potentially enter the bloodstream.
But with everything that passes the threshold of your mouth, it can very quickly happen.
Understanding this simple phenomenon helps to identify the origin of the majority of autoimmune diseases: psoriasis, Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, Hashimito's thyroiditis, ankylosing spondylitis, celiac disease and many more
