Pan para bocadillos y ¡empanada!

El pan es el producto más frecuente y continuo en la industria donde trabajo, pero salen también algunas exquisiteces, como la de hoy: empanada de atún con champiñones. Así que dejé los pancitos para más tarde y me deleite con la sabrosa empanada. El atún le da su sabor y los champiñones lo aderezan con su punto crocante. En verdad que no había probado esta combinación en empanada. ¡Sabrosísima! Recién hecha, tibiecita.
