Cryptospa's Contest: Driving Actift Engagement

Hello Steemians,

I did not make my 15k swteps yesterday for @cryptospa's contest . So I thought I would do a video highlighting his contest because I really enjoy doing it each week and i think it's a great way for Actifiters to engage with each other.

For those whom may not be aware what @actifit is I gave a brief overview of it.

Here is my referrers link if you would like to join actifit:

I hope to see you all competing next week.

And a big thank you to @cryptospa for running the contest, @actifit for an awesome dapp and @freedomex for kindly supporting this contest.

Have an awesome day everyone!
