Rabona open beta was launched today and a few people have been asking for a tutorial. So I have taken the time to do a quick guide.
STARTING OUT
Before you get started you will need a Hive account and have installed HiveKeychain.
You will then need USD$5 worth of hive so you can buy your starting pack which includes:
Some RNB to get you started
Your starting team of 11 players
Game access
WELCOME TO THE DASHBOARD
Congratulations on getting your own football team. You will now be loaded into the dashboard. There is a lot of information on this screen so let’s get started.
The welcome section has some great tips to get you started . Make sure to read these and start building up your team.
You then have a tasks list of things you will be rewarded for if you complete them. This is a great way to earn a little extra RNB to get you started.
The Club section has a lot of stats about your club and the edit button will allow you to give your club a name. Make sure to do this as this is your team have some pride. Also you can earn some easy RNB for doing so.
The News section is exactly that . It tells you all the things that your club has been doing including training, trades, upgrades, etc.
STADIUM
The Stadium is where you can make upgrades to you stadium . You can upgrade several things at a time as long as you have the RNB to do so.
You want to focus on getting your stadium and shops to level 5 as soon as possible. This will allow you to Maximize your profits when the season starts. Make your own decisions after that, but if your stadium is below 70 percent full I would not recommend upgrading as you want to spend your RNB wisely.
Spending a little on your youth academy is probably a good idea also for late game.
THE TEAM
The team page has your current players and gives you the choice of selling players , extending their contracts or freezing them. This page also has your scout whom you can send out for a fee of $20,000RNB . I recommend sending the scout out a few times to get a couple of backup midfielders and defenders and a extra goalie. After all injuries do occur, better to have some subs.
TRAINING
The trading page is very important. You want to visit here every 24 hrs to train your team up, as it has a 24hr cool down. What you train is up to you. My advice is to consider what type of team you want , defensive or offensive, and then train the things that will make your team achieve this.
Financials
The financial page is just an overview of expenditures and takings . This allows you to keep track of if you are in profit or loss. Starting out this is obviously going to be in loss as you are building up your club, so don’t be discouraged.
MARKET
The market is where you can find players looking for a team. This is a great place to bag yourself a bargain. It even has tabs to select more specific players like players positions for example. Make sure to use these to narrow down your search.
LASTLY
I will not go into the season ranks or fixtures as they are not available yet and are more or less self explanatory anyways. I may do another post later once the game has been out for awhile and I have some more experience.
