I understand what you're trying to do, but I'd suggest you try to network with someone who actually has some Steem power. Building a following of low value accounts won't really help you here unfortunately.

They don't have any kind of "automatic plugins for it", but you can sell whatever you want there yeah. As far as profitable goes, you'd have to do some exploring to see what people are willing
