Hello friends!!
In this new and rapidly changing world us millennial's have been labeled many many things, positive and negative, through others eyes they try and pin down exactly what we are, what we stand for, ect

There is never a simple answer/explanation that sums us all up. I often felt like there was a large group on the edge of those judgements, a group of us who are doing things way differently. From jobs, to what we eat, our religion, relationships, the fun activities we do, and our outlooks on the near and distant future.

So to help out my follow humans who are near my ages, for the little ones up in coming in this world, and for the adults who are still trying to figure some the weird things us millennial's are talking about, Ill give you a small incite to what I have been doing this past year to generate money and meaning, while having fun.

Now, as your sitting there in your comfy chair, you may begin to realize this article is quite fun to read, jam packed full useful information, that you will be able to apply instantly, as well research further into. This comes from a mindset of touching on as many reliant fields of information that will help profitability no matter what the job setting as well general skills outside the job that are small by them selves but overall make a macro effect on your life when combined and used in resonance with each other.

For instance one of the major tools in my life that is being used even right now, as I'm writing this and as your reading it, which Is called NLP (Neural Linguistic Programming), what that mean is really just understanding a little more about how our brain works in regards to the words and conversations we have with our self's and others. This is tool that is used in small ways throughout your day, from catching your self about to say a limiting belief, to putting a slight bit of thought into the words that will make big difference to some one important to you. This is subject that books are written on, classes are taken over, and many millions of dollars are made just teaching/installing it. Ill go deeper into NLP in a future post.NLP-Description1.jpg

I grew up like most kids being asked what we want to be when we grow up, pretty much every year till the end of high school, at which point I looked at jobs and with some advise from a friends father, fell onto to decision of welding. I can still hear the 16 year old me thinking "oh yeah ill weld for a couple of years and start up my shop ect" thinking I would be making 70-150k.
After a year of high school shop welding and 2 more at Texas State Technical College, I got a degree in welding and was off to the workforce with my degree. Boy was I wrong, out of the box....I feel like a lot of people coming out of college felt the same way about what they told/thought about what was coming and what happened when they graduated.

Finding my self in a southern market where welders are everywhere, just a 10-15$ welding job wants years of experience, not schooling, it took a few months to find my first job at Hiel Trailers, where I learned in only 3 days, welding is not only simi dangerous, most welders are not the kind of people I want to be around. Not that all of them are bad, but if your around a group of welders im sure anywhere in the greater south USA your going to hear a lot of racism, talk of them cheating on their girls, sex talk with exs, cruel pranks ect. Some of the grossest images I have seem came from a fellow welders phone.

Burned from welding I turned to dealership work as a car salesman, where I learned a similar lesson in regards to my bosses there. These guys were out to get money from people and took advantage of little guy at every chance they could. It took 3 dealerships before I said enough and vowed never to work/shop at a dealership again. Thats when fellow church memeber of my father recommended i work with him at a small welding local welding shop. I set up there 6 months, working in the heat, still dealing with hog hunting racist welders that played cruel jokes. I used that experience to go from a small welding shop and applied at General Electric. They have local train building manufacturing facility here in Fort Worth Texas.

Working at GEMS (general electric manufacturing solutions) taught me even in the corporate world manufacturing, air conditioned, they only looked after the top most guy and the littlest guy knows the least amount and is disposable. This applies for many large companies as many of us have been effected by similar lay offs, buy outs, ect. I was able to spend over year and half at GE working at a little above 20 a hour. Which honestly still did not feel like enough. It surely was not enough for my own house plus a car payment and everything else we want. I like most 18-35 year olds, was still living with my parents while working there. From my first day there, I planned it like any day would be my last as I knew the job would not last.

Which is where I ended up back in april, laid from GE due to lack of work, with just a little bit of savings and a big decision to make. The coming months to us being laid off were bleak for work, GE even had job hire event...where the highest paying job was around half of what we were being paid.... I knew deep down I was tired of working for the other people that did not care about me, and did not care about their customer. Almost none of them even cared about the product being sold or the cost at which it was taking to sell it.

Being on the leading edge of technology I landed on 3d printing as a service for a potential source of income. Living is DFW Texas, there are millions of people here, yet when I type in 3d printing there are almost no stores. So after some months of research I bought high end 3d printer, learned how to used it, break it, fix it, and production it for it profit. This is subject that will have its own post on the best ways to profit with a printer.

Right around time of me getting comfortable with the printer and deciding to expand to more printers my friend clues me into the crypto market of bitcoin and Etherium. A massive new way to transfer money, meaning, votes and much more. So I dug into the subject as deep as I could and this leads me to where I am today, now mining, day trading, 3d printing, using steemit, flipping small household items and more.

So my secrets as of this post is to make sure your happy, helping others instead of tearing them down, keeping your eyes out for opportunities at that can and will make you money, look deeply into eyes of NLP, Check out 3d printing, crypto currencies, bitcoin/etherium mining day trading and watch for my next posts that will dive deeper into each of these subjects and exactly how I am profiting from them.
