Headed out into my favourite pastime with my bestie George. Running through my cathedral forest and across the river makes my soul sing and is my sanctuary.
I breathe in the forest air, soak up the warmth of the sun's rays as they pierce through the canopy of trees. I commune, feel at peace and clear my head. I speak my truth for the week ahead.
George has the time of his life dashing through the tall grass and exploring the outdoors always ending in a long cool swim in the river.
I love my best friend and could not imagine my life without him.
