From the teachings of the holy bible, it said we should assist those people who are in need and find it difficult to afford their basic expenses. God encourages kindness, generosity, and compassion, especially toward the poor, widows, orphans, and fellow believers. However, being financially responsible for others does not mean we must meet every person's needs or neglect our own responsibilities. Giving should come from a willing heart and according to what God has blessed us with.
The bible also encourages everyone to work hard for their daily meal instead of depending on one another while we can take care of ourselves. While helping others is an act of love, the Bible also teaches that those who are able should make an effort to provide for themselves. Therefore, we are called to support those in genuine need, give cheerfully, and use wisdom so that our generosity honors God without encouraging laziness or causing hardship to our own families.
