4 Cups of water
3 medium patatoes
In an small to medium pot bring to boil and lower heat to medium and let it cook until patatoes are done.
Once patatoes are done, add;
4 eggs
1 to 1.5 Cups of milk
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly so it will not overflow. Add;
Let changua rest 5 minutes while cilantro is being cut.
Serve and add cut cilantro.
Some people enjoyed changua with finely chopped onions. I personally don't, but onio can be added with patatoes.......
