Sunny side of winter. My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2024

The first 7 rounds of the current @poliac season were…. well, there’s room for improvement. Only 2 wins and 5 sound defeats from @fredkese, @manuvert, @davidthompson57, @benbow2017 and @bucipuci. I could only wish that I hadn’t given up the match with the latter - it turned out that he did only half of his daily norm and that would have been within my reach.

Hecho pecho as the Spanish say. New week of the fantastic competition brings new opportunities. My today’s step count is a solid bid for a win or it will be the best among losers. Anyhow, my heart, muscles and spine have benefitted from long march in snow by the riverside.
