Three-junction CZ/PL/SK. My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2022
Unless you live in the USA, UK, Australia or Denmark, your country would have at least one three-junction. Ie. a point where borders of three countries meet. (There’s only one point in the world where four borders meet).
My country, Poland, got 6 six such points. I visited today the place where Czechia, Poland and Slovakia come together. I took there my nieces and nephew from Denmark. Their country only shares border with Germany so it was fun for them to switch between three countries.
The exact three-point is marked by a stone in the bed of a semi-dry brook (under the yellow bridge shown on the cover photo). I suggested to the teenagers we go down there. The banks were quite steep and slippery, but it was feasible. However their Mom (and my Sister) objected so I dropped the idea ;-)
