My entry for this week is about the lemon juice squeezing. Most of the lemons available in supermarkets here easily get rotten, so what I do is to preserve them by squeezing them and put the juice in the ice tray and freeze them... We drink tea everyday and each time I make a pitcher full of ice cubes , and of our favorite Earl Grey tea, I give a cube of frozen lemon juice + mineral water which makes it a very refreshing drink that quenches our thirst. The green one I used to squeeze the juice had been a gift of mom in-law and I would say it is a good squeezer as it fully takes all the juice out and I have put a few of my green ware for this contests.
