Can I say it was really a walk?
I'm not so sure but aside taking a vehicle down to our destination, we did a lot of walking around to get things done.
It was on a Saturday morning when I decided to go on a walk with my brother to get some registrations done for him. No, don't give me that look of "Aww she's a good elder sister" 😂 I was kinda forced to do it so yeah, I decided to go on a Friday.
At first when we came out of the house to find a vehicle that would convey us to the place, I started taking pictures from outside and it got more fun when we got to our destination.
We had planned to get my brother registered for his birth certificate and a local government certificate so I had thought it wasn't going to be an easy day for us. But I could say the opposite was the case for us.
We got to the court and was opportune to get attention immediately to print out some papers then paid some money to get the court's signature on it... This was all done to get an age declaration for my brother and it didn't take much time.
It was fast and I took some pictures while waiting for the process. A picture of myself with a nose mask and some pictures from outside the court. I wasn't able to go close enough to take the pictures of what the court looked like, maybe some other time when I would need something from there... Not sure though.
We got the age declaration and immediately took a walk together to our general secretariat which wasn't too far from the court. It was very hot by the time we were half way to the secretariat so we stopped by a small store to get snacks and cold water.
This is the entrance to the secretariat, it's an old structure so you won't mind the dirty walls and designs... I'm sure you can see the name of the place above.
We walked in and asked around to be sure of which office we were to get the registration done for my brother's local government certificate.
We got to the right office and we were asked to wait for sometime to get started with the registration and of course I used that time to take some pictures.
Here are some pictures showing the arena of the secretariat which I took while waiting. By this time, my brother was inside filling in the form to get registered.
You can see from the pictures that there are so many other offices in the arena which are for different purposes. And the surroundings were decorated with plants to keep the air clean and also to beautify the place.
My brother came out and we were done for that day, we took a walk outside the secretariat to get a vehicle back home. I also took some pictures while we were walking out of the place.
And off we went back home to relax and looking at these pictures, it was a not so bad Friday like I had imagined. We accomplished all we set out to do and got back home to relax so I'll say my Friday was good.
