ENGLISH

Look in your garden at the half-open roses, and never at the fallen petals.

Observe on your path the distance overcome, and never what is still missing.

Keep in your gaze the gleams of joy, and never the mists of sorrow.

Retain from your voice laughter and songs, and never the painful moments.

Preserve in your ears words of love, and never words of hate.

Engrave in your pupils the birth of dawns, and never your sorrowful sunsets.

Keep on your face the lines of smiles, and never the furrows of your weeping.

Tell people of the blue of your springs, and never the storms of summer.

Keep on your cheeks only the caresses you enjoyed; forget the slaps you received.

Keep from your feet the straight and pure steps; forget the wrong paths.

Remember the days when you were clear water; forget the hours when you felt like a swamp.

Count and show the medals of your victories; forget the scars of defeats.

Look squarely at the Sun that exists in your life; ignore the shadow left behind.

The flower that opens is more important than a thousand fallen petals; and a single look of love can carry with it warmth to thaw many winters.

Be OPTIMISTIC, and do not forget that

in the depth of moonless nights is where the stars shine brightest.

May your life be a flowering garden.
