Greetings, Community,
Wishing everyone a week filled with blessings worldwide. I hope you are all well, healthy, and happy with your families.
The meaning of the word "belief" can vary depending on each person's life story; likewise, our belief systems can shift once we recognize that beliefs themselves are not static.
Generally, beliefs stem from family stories passed down through generations—how things were done, how they continue to be done, and how they might change based on our daily lives. We can let go of them without feeling burdened or guilty, acknowledging that while a belief was once imprinted and followed, a day may come when we realize: "I can do this differently."
The issue of family loyalties does come into play; however, if a particular belief no longer serves us or holds significant meaning, we can change it without feeling weighed down or thinking we are betraying our family or past generations.
The subject of beliefs is fascinating, and we learn something new about it every day. Integrating this into the present moment can be challenging when we take family loyalties into account.
