Best regards #creativecuisine community.
Sometimes we start a project in the kitchen putting our best energy to achieve an optimal result in that recipe that we want to enjoy, there are times that our best intention is left aside, or the mixtures that we believe will make a success fail us or are not ideal for what we want.
Cooking is like that, trial and error...it happens to most of us. In my case I am not so given to elaborate very laborious recipes, I always go for the simple, precisely to achieve the desired result.
Many do not show those moments when they finish taking out of the oven or another recipe and it does not turn out as expected, sometimes I admire those beautiful cakes, desserts, great meals, I wonder: do they always look like that? how many attempts did they make? of course there are also the experts who find it easy to finish their culinary projects with excellence.
My experience with this recipe, I wanted to vary or innovate by making a change in the flour to use.
Para este bizcocho:
-4 huevos
-8 cucharadas de azúcar
-8 cucharadas de harina de maíz
-1 cucharada de cacao en polvo
-vainilla al gusto
For this cake:
-4 eggs
-8 tablespoons of sugar
-8 tablespoons of corn flour
-1 tablespoon cocoa powder
-Vanilla to taste
The procedure to use:
Beat the eggs for 5 minutes with the vanilla, then add the sugar and continue beating.
Add the cocoa powder and continue beating.
Here comes the corn flour. Ready and incorporated. I had the idea of using corn flour for the container where the mixture would be taken to the oven. Here is my mistake.
