Weird habit I do once a year...I take a photo of the plate I make for Thanksgiving. Here is this year’s:
The ball looking things are a traditional dish, called potato balls. Deep fried frozen balls of potato. Good with gravy or a special French sauce. No clue what is in that sauce, also a family tradition on my wife’s side.
Maybe one year I will find out...
