Used the MTB for the first time on Zwift, it made a difference. The Mountain bike handles and takes slightly less power to get through courses with dirt and gravel. Pretty cool the Zwift programmers added

Made this tofu dish over the weekend. Pan fried tofu slices coated with corn flake crust. Sauce is purée onions, carrot, garlic, and a few other spices. Served with your choice of rice. Add spice to taste.

Hit the bike today, did Greater London 8 with a few friends. Nice course with a tough climb. Box hill is a famous bike climb just outside of London. Now for a beer, cheers!

What a nice sunset photo. I took this up in northern Michigan over the weekend while I was there. This was taken on the Old Mission peninsula.

There was a hidden roof vent under the overhang of the sloped part of my roof. The person that did the flashing years ago never flashed around the very back of that vent, as you can see in the photo below.

Added these cool 1/2 inch black iron pipe towel hangers to our newly remodeled hallway bathroom. They look pretty sharp! A little tricky to install...as you have to make sure to tighten the pipe fittings

23 miles on an elevated futuristic track that runs above Central Park! This is a tough course! Over 2000ft of elevation...yikes. Really good workout, now it is time for a beer, cheers!

Had a bunch of leftover 1 x wood from shelving projects, and needed a stand up TP holder...so decided to build one. Just kinda winged the design, knew I wanted extra storage for more TP, so built the box
