Готуємо великодню паску під сигнали повітряної тривоги / we are preparing Easter cake accompanied by an air alarm (Ua-En)

Сьогодні маленький фотозвіт підготовки до Великодня. Не обійшлось без сигналів тривог, та не дивлячись на це, тісто гарненько зійшло, поки господиньки ховались в укриттях.

Today is a small photo report of preparation for Easter. There were some alarms, and despite that, the dough came out nicely while the housewives hid in the shelters.

Дуже клопітка робота випікати паски. Завжди користувались бабусиним рецептом. Та цього року не дуже є можливість розкошувати, тому взяли сучасніший рецепт, не швидший в часі, але дешевший в складових. А найголовніше - що найменша помічниця мала змогу попратись з тістом, допомагала з начинкою горішками і сухофруктами.

It is very troublesome to bake Easter cakes. Always used my grandmother's recipe. But this year it is not very possible to luxury, so we took a more modern recipe, not faster in time, but cheaper in ingredients. And most importantly - that the youngest helper was able to cope with the dough, helped with the filling of nuts and dried fruits.

Ну і як же ж можна було втримавшись, щоб таки не почастували тепленьку випічку. Хто забажає - поділюсь рецептиком. Солоденька в міру, запашна і м'якенька, гарно пропікається. Дуже вартує, щоб хоч раз спробувати таке спекти на родинне свято.
