Variety is what we all want but the quest to survive is what we all look forward to.
We are currently 16 living in a house, which comprises of distant relations. Dad is retired without pay and mom is a primary school teacher and her monthly salary which she hardly gets can't feed 5 persons comfortably.
Today I woke up and prepared yam and red oil so we can continue our day again. Here we have boiled yam and palm oil fried with onions, locally made but it's quite something, it makes you feel relaxed when you consume the red oil and we are grateful we have yams to eat thanks to those supporting, we won't do it if it was not for you.
