Snow to see March out

I woke up to a snowy Wisconsin morning that looked rather like a Christmas card! The best part is that it is almost April and this nonsense has to be ending soon! A bit of sunshine on these photos would have been nicer....

The American Goldfinches were quite active and looking for breakfast at my thistle feeder.

And this male wood duck was busy scouting for suitable nest cavities.Despite the snow, he knows spring is on the way!
