Happy New Year!

I am looking forward to 2022 on Hive! Although I am not always as optimistic about what will happen in our world, I know that here on Hive we will see positive changes and we will continue to grow.

The Shadow Hunters Community has seen amazing growth this past year! We have welcomed @seckorama as a community mod and he is using the hive-179017 account to leave comments to assure everyone feels welcome. More recently, @olgavita has joined us to become the new host for the Reflection Hunters Contest, which will free up @annephilbrick to do more of tasks that we are finding we need to do as the community has grown to over 2000 members!

We are celebrating our 200th week of the Shadow Hunters Contest. You have until Friday to enter round 200.
I have had fun looking back on some of the early contest entries!

It was fun to see @seckorama there! And @ninahaskin and @livinguktaiwan have been there from the beginning, too.

The Feathered Friends Community has grown to almost 2200 members under @barbara-orenya's watchful and enthusiastic guidance. @nelinoeva, @oks2crypto and @wrestlingdesires do an incredible job hosting contests in the community. 2021 was a great year for marvelous posts about birds and I'm expecting 2022 to be even better!
