Well said @clairemobey. It's challenging for me to navigate the attitudes toward and treatment of animals in South America. Chichu is more fantastic every day.. Now I'm going to have to figure out how to make her own house which she's going to need soon.. And to make it so that her best friend Kiwi, the kitten will be able to stay with her. It's really amazing how they follow one another around. Kiwi even prefers to sleep with her at night now most of the time and in the daytime too. Life's gotten a bit complicated and I'm feeling that I've messaged my life with and chosen to be overly trusting again.. in some relationships that may be unhealthy... And so now with all of these little critters depending on me, I have to figure out what to do next. I appreciate the support and contact very much. It makes me feel like I'll be okay.
