I'm just about to cry, as i feel like ive reached a point where ive had so much Frappuccinos, my brain just thinks about ingredients , from the ice to the chocolate or caramel , trying to get the best recipe. I do prefer the more complex items that is way I put my self under pressure and and give myself deadlines , I happen to be releasing Frappuccinos this week and I've only just nailed the mocha frap, I still want to give them a good catchy name... but now its just the caramel frap ingredients I almost have it.
You maybe thinking but why go through that struggle, just watch YouTube and see how to make one, well ill tell you why, i enjoy different and giving people a different taste , there is so many types of chocolate, I'm not going to use the same chocolate every other store uses , I try look for a unique taste , so customers can have a different experience , and not just taste a taste they have had before. You wouldn't want to know how i managed to get my chocolate milk shake recipe though, just know it took me drinking 20 milkshakes in one day lol.
I hope I reach the point where my customers get to take the first sip and get the best experience ever.
Coffee Talk
So lets get to the basics of a simple type of coffee called a mocha, one of my personal favorite types of coffees to make and drink, two shots of expresso and chocolate with some hot milk. A very popular drink ill say.. who doesn't like coffee and chocolate, though I wouldn't suggest just putting in any chocolate or chocolate syrup though , cause you wouldn't want a tormenting after taste, so just be careful on that part, I would suggest try it off first with Cadbury or a smooth creamy chocolate...
Have you ever heard of a rose cake, with edibles roses. If not here is the first, the roses are dried out and sugar coated, the cake has a rose butter icing, and yes the cake taste tweet, but just like your eating a rose. I know it sounds crazy but its definitely something to try out, Our baker, my mum at the coffee shop has the best mind, and comes up with really good different recipes.
