I have lately read a lots of books which teach some weight loss steps/strategies that are not really scientifically proven and tested.Now lets ask ourselves this very question ..What should we then eat?
Do you eat just to satisfy your appetite?
What is the main reason for eating.?Maintenance?Frustration?Depression?Survival?Loneliness?Worry?...
