I have been using three crypto exchanges to date (Bittrex, Exodus, and Binance) and from an ease of use standpoint, I find Exodus to the be the easiest, Bittrex next, and Binance last. The problem with Exodus is that they do not have that many coins to exchange. I wonder why the exchanges do not post the purchase price in dollars or the currency of your choice?
