Hello and greetings to everyone in the #hive and #SWC community, today I'm bringing you one of my favorite elements or skills, the Maltese. One of the most difficult elements I've ever trained, and since an exercise that demands a lot of muscle, it always takes years to acquire or strengthen it for future success. Today I'm bringing you one of my routines that I always do when I'm going to train the Maltese. I always start the workouts with a little cardio to activate the entire body. I do a little flexibility training since this is an element that is always demanding, optimizing the body to avoid injury. Then I use bands or elastic bands to do joint and activation training, thus achieving benefits in these skills or preparing the joints for what's coming up, which is this routine.

10 repetitions of triceps extensions for 3 sets. Use a lever band at the opening of the Maltese or at the opening at your level. Then, with a 10 kg dumbbell, we do hammer bicep curls with pauses and try to activate the triceps as we lower the weight, since the biceps and triceps are heavily stressed when doing these types of exercises. 10 repetitions for 3 sets. With a cross hand, we grab the dumbbell and do elevations, raising and lowering the weight until we do 10 repetitions for 3 sets. Try lim planche to Maltese 5 times for 3 sets. In this routine, rest is very important depending on your level and recovery, or depending on the day, if it's a tough day, rest for 2 minutes; if you had a normal day, you can rest for one minute and 30 seconds between exercises. After this, the body will be completely warmed up, activated, and ready to try the Maltese exercises. Let's see how they go that day. It's very important to emphasize that they are strong, and there are days when we'll be exhausted working due to the intensity of this element, and it will help you progress. Be very patient, keep training, and pursue your short- and long-term goals, seeking to reach the level you want in the Maltese.

Gracias por el apoyo, nos vemos luego.
