~The Introverted Extrovert~

He grew up smiling,
The smile was his response to anything that caused discomfort,
Which was infact everything,
He loved life, he really wanted to live,
He just wasn't bold enough to,
The many questions he could have answered,
The many conversations he would have participated in,
The numerous victories he could easily have won,
If he could only bring his hands, mouth and legs,
To par with the way his mind worked

His mind was everything,
His companion, friend and confidant,
It was still his greatest critic,
He dwelt there for so long,
He felt at home,
At Peace with himself,
He had many alter ego's,
Built to petfection but never put to use,
His love for the mind wasn't far fetched,
For in his mind, he was all never could be,
He was the talker, the go - getter, The hero,
The class room, The most courageous,
He was the undisputed,
The NUMERO PRIMA,

Books,..................... Humph!!!,
He loved them, Still does,
Introduced to them at the very Genesis,
He grew with them by his side,
His green card to the whole world,
They did keep him company,
For so long nothing else did,
Except of course the mind,
They worked hand in hand,
The mind and Books,
Saw him through the many lonely days,
The silent nights and the in-betweens,

Music,
He was music,
Nothing did he do without it,
It was his first love,
Long before he learnt to crawl,
To say Dad and call mama,
For strength, For joy, For love,
His expeditions with her,
To numerous to mention,
It was pure light, to a dark child,
In a very dark tunnel,

To these three wise men,
The mind, Books and music,
He was their star,
Though to fulfil destiny,
He needed them just as much as they did he,
Never for once did he look back,
He was And still is,
A lover to infinity,
But there was something he loved more than these,

Family,
Defined differently by him,
He saw it in another Light,
Just as he did most things,
To him family was not just blood,
Blood was not enough to become family,
He didn't trust easily,
For he learnt not to the hard way,
So he built the wall,
But Those who scaled it,
He loved fiercely,
He loved for life,
Loving even to death,

Change is,
The only constant variant,
He had to adapt,
Threading new grounds,
With the combined support of,
The three wise men and their rival family,
He paves new paths,
Making sure that he lives,
So that when the end comes,
They shall say He did live,

He was here....................
