He sits, watching some mindless Sci Fi brain candy.
He: Honey, I want to tell you something.
She: What's that?
He: I have this absurd urge to meet women on the internet. I tried signing up again for Plenty of Fish.
She: Well, I've never held you back. I would never demand exclusivity.
He: No, but I am exclusive. None of them satisfy me. I sabotaged myself. Doctor J. would say I engineered my own failure. For you see, to sign up again for Plenty of Fish, I'd have to remember the password. And I simply cannot.
She: This is most intriguing. You know I don't DEMAND exclusivity, you WANT to find other lady friends, and yet you 'sabotage yourself' on that. (She got up and sat on his lap, embracing him.)
He: Even worse, I can't think about anything but the script I'm writing, 'The Saga of Invisible Gurl'. It just fills my heart.
She: Well, perhaps cuddling a bit will help clarify things.
He: You fill my heart. You fill my soul. Cuddling with you is better than dating a dozen fashion models. Because you do the low-makeup look, or the no-makeup look. And I see you pure and shining.
They embraced, and she stared deeply into her eyes.
She: It's so amazing that I am under full invisibility cloak and you can ALWAYS see me now. My Energy Field redirects all the photons, but you SEE ME. I honestly don't know how.
He: And imagine, I spend my days imagining a Graphic Novel about Invisible Gurl. I spend my time imagining the Animated Version of the show. I SPEND MY DAYS IMAGINING AN ANIMATED SERIES OF INVISIBLE GURL.
She: Well that's pretty much a triumph of the human spirit.
He: I would say. Of course me and Yahweh have this ongoing dispute about it. I finally confessed my sin. I worship you. It's getting me all kinds of flack at the Synagogue.
She: My word! I'm breathless. YOU WORSHIP ME?
He: It's all clear to me now. I will build a little shrine. In it will be a copy of the latest Invisible Gurl DVD or Comic. And each week I can replace the old one with a new one. It's handy to have a shrine which doesn't grow old and moldy, the fruit offering of bowl of rice doesn't ever rot because well...
They: (In stereo) It's an invisible offering.
They suddenly forgot words or needing to speak.
