Welcome back to our post. hopefully healthy hive always healthy. Today I will be back to share food recipes for all hive friends who like to cook and find new menus.



In my previous post I have also made a recipe from this staple ingredient, namely Banana. The recipe from my previous post made bananas into a snack that many children like, namely chocolate bananas. And at this time I will also process bananas into a very delicious cake and can be eaten with various atmospheres.

It is not difficult to make this steamed banana sponge and the ingredients that can be obtained are also many on the market



Materials needed:

5 bananas

1 cup flour

A quarter cup of granulated sugar

1 pack of vanilla

Half a teaspoon of baking powder

teaspoon softener

100 grams of margarine

2 eggs

How to make :


1. Ripe Ambon bananas mashed with a glass until smooth

2. Beat eggs and sugar until white

3. While beating the eggs, melt the margarine over low heat
4. After the eggs expand, add the bananas that have been mashed earlier

5. Stir briefly and enter the flour along with the baking powder and softener after that mix the melted margarine

6. Stir until smooth

7. Prepare a baking sheet that has been given banana slices so that it looks more attractive

8. After the dough is finished, put it into the pan and steam it into the preheated steamer

9. Cook for about 20 – 30 minutes.
10. Before lifting, pierce the dough with a fork to make sure whether the dough is cooked or not.
