Absolute poverty is different. There are different classes of poverty, sime people are much poorer. We are going to be looking at poverty in Africa. Poverty in Africa refers to the lack of basic human needs faced by certain people in African society. There are poor countries in Africa than in any other continent of the world. In 2009/2010, 22 of 24 nations were identified as having "low human development" on the united nations human development index were in sub sahara Africa.

In 2015 it was discovered that 10 countries with the highest proportion of residents living in extreme poverty were all in sub-saharan Africa.
One out of three persons are living in Africa are undernourished
Out of 800 million people globally who lack access to clean water, 37 percent are living in Africa. More than 400 million people in Africa are suffering from water borne diseases.
Women in Africa are more than 250 times likely to die during childbirth or pregnancy than women in other countries.
Poverty has eaten deep in their lives that its trying to survive without even the most basic needs, like food, water or shelter. Also without the necessary resoures in Africa, it makes most countries to be dirty and untidy which causes mosquito.
Malaria kills about 500 African child per day. Also scientist has said that population in Africa is expected to double by 2045. Africa might be far from us because most of us on this platform come from different parts of the world. And sympathy should nor be the only thing you give them. If any of us are in the position to help them, we should endeavour to do so inrespective of our race, colour, traditions, idealogy,religion. Because we are one.
