Today i bring to you my great street food which i believe you will surely get back to me for more post on this when I'm through. it happened that when i was coming back from Work , just as my usual practices i do have a stop over and buy few things for my family members to have a bite and chew as well.

i was on the road when i gave a close watch on this young woman with three kids at home doing what she knows best how to do , i mean sitting behind the road and roasting corn for a living. wow , thats so stressful if you ask me because i once done that several times whenever our maize plantain has goilne to the maturity stage of life. i do roast corn for my family to eat. So , i stopped by and have a look at the Sweet corn corner along my local street.

Here is the Woman with the three kids. she always do this kind of hardwork everg day including on Sundays as well or she has nothing to eat and feed the family.

Before I reached her Stand where she always have her own Sweet Corn Sales , i met few people waiting for her Corn to get done , i was wondering if you could sense what i was smelling. it a great Aroma from the Sweet Corn 🌽. People who already seated for a long time smelling the Corn Aroma , i know it's a good medicine for nose therapy. lol.

In this woman case, she uses Charcoal to make her own Corn roasting the best method she can afford. Charcoal here although expensive but to a reasonable price it is affordable for some traders who uses it daily.

Did you see that? she actually sold more because people have to come to her Stand and wait for this sweet Corn. you can see the Corn 🌽 Husk how much it is.
