Very excited to be a part of the Steem community! My name is Valerie, hailing from the Big Apple (New York). Though I have been part of social media platforms like MySpace (omg who remembers MySpace! …way to show how old I am, lol) and FB, I have not really been one to post frequently especially about my personal life. But in the past few years, I’ve been wanting to break free of the daily grind and find a creative outlet. I‘d like talk about all the things that interest me : travel, art, French Bulldogs, spirituality, cryptos, ancient mysteries, vegan/cruelty-free beauty, Hello Kitty and a few other things that I can’t think of at the moment. I find my perspectives and interests in life are diverging from my longtime group of friends. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. I’ll always love my friends, but sometimes I just need a little bit more to keep the conversation going and not run into that fluoride stare, y’know?
