Hah you might have seen my latest vlog where I've unboxed my new Garmin watch. I mean - not really new, they're from ebay ands already used for cca 6 months. I always buy electronics that way - you save loot of money like that.

Anyway, after using them for couple of days, the one and only question I have is why haven't I bought them 5 years ago already. It has sooo many great features, all the tracking etc etc etc...

One of them is measuring your VO2 max and resting heart rate. Yeah I was also supersurprised about VO2 max. As far as I know, the proper tests requires you to breathe into the tube to measure the oxygen or whatever they measure there in your breath. Well, there watch claim to be able to do so as well. I was veery sceptical about it until it showed my my results! Here they are:

Fuck yeah! After seeing this, I'm not gonna talk about how inaccurate measuring VO2 max from wrist probably is :D My score is one hell of a score and I feel like Iron Mike :D

Also, my resting heartrate is on the level of elite athletes :D On the other side, I'm kinda more willing to believe that as I've noticed I get to have pretty good average cardio compared to people in our wrestling classes. Especially considering only run I've done in last 6 months were sprints last week. Maybe my heart really runs on low frequency :D

I'm really curious to see how the resting heart rate develops over the week after being smashed on wrestling training which is more taxing on the body than weekend workouts. I expect it to go higher as body should be more in shock.
