Greetings my beautiful and handsome Hivians. My pleasure writing on this interesting topic below:

This week's topic:
Luck - Do you think there are lucky and unlucky people in the world? Do you think that luck is made by ourselves or is it just a matter of fate? Do you consider yourself a lucky or unlucky person?

Everyone has his or her interpretation of what luck is. While many people believe that lucky and unlucky people exist, others assume luck is based on what we believe or how we interpret certain life occurrences.

For me, I believe we have lucky and unlucky people. We can be lucky in different ways and unlucky too in some things. Also, unluckiness can be created by our actions in some context. One can count himself lucky by coming from a rich home, having a sound Heath, coming from a peaceful and happy home while others experience challenges in these aforementioned will count them unlucky.

Then, answering whether luck is made by ourselves or a matter of fate, luck is a matter of fate because sometimes in life, we face things that are beyond our control. Our actions and thoughts are not enough to make us lucky in some contexts. Luck is a two edged sword, you are lucky, next thing, one gets hit by obstacles which thoughts can not reverse.

I consider myself a lucky person although sometimes I become unlucky. I have had personal experiences which made me consider myself a lucky person. During my third year in University, I wrote an examination and when the result was released, it was recorded that I didn't write the examination.

While others had their continuous assessment graded and examination graded, in mine, the two spaces were dash which means failed. I met the lecturer repeatedly and it was looking like nothing would be done. Two days for portal closure and nothing has been done. I didn't know what to do, whether to register my courses and rewrite the course since the lecturer wasn't responding.

After going back that day,I was very lucky to see him in the office. I told him that the portal would close in two days and luckily for me, he rectified it for me and I was able to register my course without rewriting that particular course.
