Hay temporadas en los que uno se siente con un glow up bastante genial. A veces es difícil mantener esa sensación, pero elijo creer que trabajando en el autoconcepto y el amor propio ese feeling puede prolongarse en el tiempo. No existe sensación más maravillosa que mirarse en el espejo y sentirse bien con uno mismo, que esa sonrisa y brishitos que muestras en una fotografía sea el reflejo tal cual de cómo te sientes internamente.
Con esto no estoy diciendo que no existan situaciones complicadas, que no existan días en que nos sintamos anímicamente mal y bajos de energía. Los bajones son completamente normales, pero lidiar con las situaciones negativas, mantener la calma y no colapsar también es parte de ese ✨Glow Up✨.

There are seasons when one feels glow up pretty great. Sometimes it is difficult to maintain that feeling, but I choose to believe that by working on self-concept and self-love that feeling can be prolonged over time. There is no more wonderful feeling than looking in the mirror and feeling good about yourself, that smile and brishitos that you show in a photograph is the reflection of how you feel internally.
With this I am not saying that there are no complicated situations, that there are no days when we feel bad and low energy. Downturns are completely normal, but dealing with negative situations, keeping calm and not collapsing is also part of that ✨Glow Up✨.
