Once again, I'm reaching out to this amazing Hive community of gardeners, wishing you all the best and much success. I'm happy to send you a big hug 🤗 and all the prosperity you can have. Today, I want to share some of the benefits I've gained from my wonderful garden, which makes me feel very proud and fulfilled. I'm also inspired to keep adding ornamental plants, which, as I mentioned, was my main goal: to make my home and garden productive and beautiful. Thanks in part to my husband's grandfather, who had the wonderful idea of digging a well when he built the house. My plants never lack water, no matter how severe the drought. It's truly a blessing these days, because I hear the laments of many people in my province and in many parts of the country who lack this precious resource. I thank God 🙏 for having a piece of land like ours, which provides us with so much.
Look at this fertile soil! I recently showed you some small seedlings I had just planted, but then I watered a few seeds of this aromatic type of coriander. Isn't it wonderful?
Due to a severe urinary tract infection I recently had, I was forced to call this small but brave man, who also helped me recover more quickly by bringing me the coconuts I have in my wonderful garden, because as is well known, the water from that precious fruit is a highly beneficial drinksuch as improved digestion, efficient toxin elimination, and proper kidney function. Its high potassium and other electrolyte content promotes healthy blood pressure, helping to prevent heart disease, Rich in minerals and enzymes, coconut water is an excellent element for eliminating toxins accumulated in the body, promoting the proper functioning of the kidneys and liver.
Which helped me for both organs, since I am also suffering from fatty liver, so there are many benefits that having a garden with such special plants brings me.

I am very happy, this plant has been around for about 5 months since I planted it, and I posted it here in this lovely community of wonderful gardeners when it was just a small sprout, and look how it has grown, soon I will get its delicious plantains, or as we call them in my country, Cuba, plantain.
