Hello wonderful people of the HIVE Open Mic Music Community, I count it a privilege to be here again. This is week 103 and the theme of this week is "Survival"
This song is titled "Roar." This song by katy perry has shown us how important it is to believe in yourself and to work to achieve your goals and survive even in the midst of trials and tribulations.
This song talks about overcoming challenges and getting back up on your feet when someone or something comes along and knocks you down.
Perry said she wrote the song after undergoing therapy, saying she was "sick of keeping all these feelings inside and not speaking up for myself". Which gives a sense of survival. She never gave up and she got up and kept going.
