DADDY'S GIRL (Chapter 11)

I could see the hatred in her eyes.

How could my father,whom she so much trusted,do that?
She blamed me for keeping quiet all those years and I blamed her for being insensitive.
I remembered how she would defend him and choose him over me back then.
Now she understood she was trusting a devil.

Together,we drove back home.

Daddy was not around suprisingly.
Mummy took the baby in and came back to help me.I was so tired.
In a matter of time,daddy came back.Mum showed him the DNA test slip which he tore in shame and anger.
Unknown to him,I had several copies of them.
I told mummy I was hardened,and I was going to make sure he got into prison.
This shocked her,she walked to the balcony and I went to meet her lost in thoughts.

Daddy started crying when he held the baby.
Reality dawned on him that he was both the father and grandfather of this girl.
He treated her badly and didn't care.
The baby was named Desire.
It was my desire for almost all my life to have peace of mind and I never did until the arrival of the baby.
I was much better after I was able to open up to someone.
Daddy was so certain that mum would not get him properly punished because of the love she had for him.
It shocked him this time,there was no love anymore and even if he tried denying the child,her feet were exactly the same as his.

Mummy was ready to go any length for her only child and daughter.
He was charged to court for rape and child abuse.
Suprisingly,after all our consistent appearances and evidences in the court room,the final judgement after months was "discharged and acquitted".
Like how? Further investigations by mummy made me find out that he bribed our lawyer and made him against us.
How sad! the terrorist was free.
This saddened mum even more.

Abused an innocent girl and got away with it.
I was a happy mother all the same,my daughter really made me happy.
She was all I truly had because my parents felt like just strangers to me at that time...
