• Hello, fellow fruit plant enthusiasts! Today, I’m spending some time tending to my water apple tree. It’s a fairly mature tree that has already produced one harvest; if the blossoms hold up this season, we’ll be able to harvest from it a second time.

• Right now, this water apple tree is blooming profusely; some flowers have even turned into fruit, although they are still very small.

• Here, I am using netting to cover the guava blossoms and the young fruit that have started to form. Since there are many fruit-eating bats in our area, the netting acts as a barrier to protect them; hopefully, we will be able to harvest the fruit a second time.

• Here, we use compost made from rice husks and cow manure that has been processed into organic fertilizer.

• and this is a small guava fruit
