Hello everyone—I hope you’re all doing well. Today, I want to share a horror story about the time a friend and I entered an abandoned building. It was said to have been a major hospital in its heyday. Traces of the hospital's former glory were still visible, with medical equipment and patient beds still intact. My friend and I stepped inside, armed only with flashlights and a mobile phone for live streaming. As soon as we entered, a creeping chill and goosebumps washed over us. Fortunately, it didn't shake our resolve. We examined the rooms one by one. Nothing particularly interesting turned up until we entered a specific room—a restroom.
A faint white shape was visible in the restroom mirror. At first, I was startled, but curiosity soon took over—an intense curiosity—because the shape didn't move; it just stayed right there. "Buddy, don't go over there... I'm scared!" he said, clutching my jacket. "I know what it is; just relax, there's nothing to be afraid of." I moved closer, inch by inch, and slowly pressed my finger against the mirror, rubbing at the spot. Just as I suspected, the shape was merely a smudge on the glass—thankfully, just a smudge. We then continued our expedition to the operating room, said to be the most haunted place in the hospital. "Beep... Beep... Beep..." (The sound of an ECG monitor) "Isn't this hospital supposed to be closed down?" my friend asked. "Yeah... So what?" I replied. "Then why is there an ICU machine making noise in this room?" he asked, pressing his ear against the operating room door. Slowly, I pushed open the unlocked door. And as you might have guessed, there wasn't a single piece of equipment making that sound. After confirming that nothing was making noise, my friend and I turned to leave the room. That was when things started getting strange.
"Beep... beep... beep..." The sound of the machine echoed through the room—specifically, from right behind me. I turned around, unable to believe my eyes! A surgery was unfolding before me; was this real? I immediately turned to leave, but the door was locked tight. When I turned back, I saw the doctors and the patient staring directly at me. Suddenly, the room plunged into total darkness. When I woke up, I was lying on an operating table, surrounded by ghostly doctors. I struggled to break free and managed to escape the room. I shouted for my friend, but there was no answer; they had vanished without a trace. Somehow, I woke up at home to find a crowd of people weeping around me; apparently, I had been unconscious for a week.
