I want to go to a warm country to 'survive' this amazingly depressing weather here in The Netherlands in January or February.
The plan was to rent out my house via airbnb, but of course the weather doesn't really appeal to people so where the house is booked fully in summer if I leave, in winter I'm struggling to find people.
This would mean in addition to my travel costs I would have to pay another $1200 for my house.
What would you do? Go anyway, or suck it up and stay in this rainy misery...
