The latter are just waiting for you to warm up in the sun or get exhausted from the heat to give you a cool wind that can create a lot of problems.
I didn't immediately realize that I was sick. For the first two days, I thought my health was related to the weather. I can't stand the heat very well and my poor health didn't make me wary. Only when I had a sore throat and cough, I finally checked my temperature. It turned out to be significantly increased.
Now the crisis has already passed, I feel better, except for severe weakness and dizziness. The days I could spend on the garden and the house, where I started active cleaning, were wasted. I just lay down for two days in a row and didn't have the strength to do anything. I feel better now, but any efforts make me lie down again. I decided not to break myself, but to do what my body wants: drink tea with lemon and relax.
